You can add Express post for an additional $8 at checkout bringing express postage to $18 for $0-$199 value and reduced to $8 for orders over $200.
All orders are printed within 2 business days and shipped. Where stock delays will affect this turn around customers will be notified of any changes immediately incase this changes your order. Please note that during peak sale times such as store sales, Christmas, click frenzy promotions this time may extend to 2-4 business days for in-house production.
Standard post can vary but generally east coast metro will take up to 3 business days, regional areas longer up to 7 business days. South Australia, Western Australia, Northern Territory and Tasmania metro and regional can take approximately 7 business days. Please note that at times it is best for us to use Couriers rather than Australia Post.

Yes we can ship worldwide but we currently do this on a per order basis for both cost and delivery times. Please contact us for shipping for your country and current expected delivery times, especially with delays due to covid-19. Regularly updated information about current Post Office closures and delivery impacts can be found on auspost.com.au or by calling the customer centre on 13POST (137678). Please note that not all items are freighted with Australia Post. We will advise the freight carrier.
Please check the Authority to Leave option at the checkout if you would like your package to be left at your doorstep if you are not home. Please note that ATL packages cannot be replaced if they go missing and this is chosen at the buyers’ risk. Further comments regarding your property can be left in comments.

Where packages have been sent with Australia Post, please note that you can redirect your parcel through the MyPost tool at auspost.com.au/mypost/ however incorrect details can delay your order for several weeks. If your package is returned to The Creative Mix Co due to incorrect address you may be charged a second postage fee to resend your item
